Endermologie by LPG
A motorized treatment head compresses and kneads the skin and the tissue underneath it. Nothing is injected, nothing is cut and there is no downtime. It is the treatment most of our clients come to us for.
The results build over time, so Endermologie is planned as a series and always starts with a consultation, where we agree on your areas and your plan together.
The look of cellulite
The treatment head works the skin and the tissue underneath it, which many clients choose when they want dimpling on the thighs, hips or stomach to look smoother.
Body contouring
We treat the areas you want to work on, such as the stomach, back, hips or thighs. This is planned across several sessions rather than one visit.
Lymphatic support
The rolling, kneading action supports lymphatic drainage and circulation. Clients often ask for it when they feel heavy or puffy.
Care after surgery
Lymphatic massage after surgery usually begins about one week out, and only once your surgeon has cleared you in writing.
Face Endermologie
A gentler treatment head is used on the face and neck for clients who want refreshed looking skin and a quiet moment of care.

- We take the time to listen, we explain what we are doing and why, and we tell you when a service is not right for you. Yvette Royal created the studio as a crown for her niece Anastasia, and that care shows up in how every client is treated.
- Does the studio work with diverse skin tones?
- Yes. We are proud to serve Black women and clients of every skin tone. Your treatments and products are chosen for your skin, and we explain what we are using and why.
- Where are you located?
- We are located at 5410 Centre Ave in Shadyside. The studio is convenient to Oakland, Bloomfield and Pittsburgh's East End. Call us with any parking or accessibility questions and we will talk you through it.
- Is Endermologie right for everyone?
- No. We discuss your health history and what you want to work on during the consultation. If a medical question comes up, we will ask you to speak with your physician before moving forward.
- How should I prepare for waxing?
- Your hair needs to be long enough for the wax to grip, so avoid shaving or trimming close to your appointment. Call us if you are not sure. We give you aftercare guidance at your visit, since it depends on the service and your skin.
- Which products do you use?
- We only use the best skin care for our customers and clients. We do not use added fragrance, parabens, emulsifiers, or endocrine disruptors. Our products use limited preservatives. Each facial is customized around your skin, your concerns, and what it needs at the time of your appointment.
