Things You Should Know

1. We strive for customer excellence at all times. Please let us know if you feel that you haven’t received that.
2. We are a growing thriving business, we don’t always have a front desk person, please know if you call us, we will return your call as soon as we are able- Please understand if you call us at Saturday at 4pm we will not return your call until we reopen on Tuesday at noon.
3. If you haven’t received a confirmation email with the date and time you do not have an appointment. Please check if you have booked your appointment on line.
4. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Endermologie packages must be used within 90 days of purchase. Any special promotional pricing  on any type of package (facials, skin bleaching, endermologie)is forfeited if you can’t use your package in 90 days.
5. We are expecting you if you have an appointment, even if the front door is locked. Your safety is our priority . After dark we lock our door, and when no one is at the front desk we also lock the door. If you are in are lobby and no one is there to greet you, we apologize in advance, however we are anticipating your arrival and most likely finishing up with the prior client.
6. Our salon ambassador is a 3.8lb Teacup Yorkie, she does not bite but will alert us to your arrival. She serves as our emotional support dog for us and our clients. If you are allergic to dogs let us know prior to your arrival. If you just don’t like cute little doggies, then our salon is not the right fit for you.
7. Please do not bring your children.
8. We honor loyalty, please enroll in our affiliate program. We want to reward you for spreading the word.
9. All of our staff are licensed professionals and take classes every year to keep up with the latest advances in skin care.
