I am a NASM CERTIFIED SPORTS NUTRITION COACH (NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE) You will determine the level of accountability you need. Anyone can go on CHAT GPT and get a meal plan. I actually create it based on your lifestyle and needs. I provide guidance on portion control and macronutrient balance and meal timing. I will help you discover emotional hurdles that are causing you the same set backs again and again.

Creating Personalized Plans
Creating a personalized nutrition plan requires an understanding of individual dietary requirements and nutritional goals. There are a few steps one can take to help create a plan that works for them. Firstly, it’s important to understand one’s daily caloric intake requirement and macronutrient needs – carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake – as this can differ based on age, sex, weight, and physical activity level. Secondly, identifying any nutrient deficiencies or intolerances will help determine which foods should be included or avoided. Additionally, one can consider their personal food preferences and cultural dietary habits, ensuring enjoyment and sustainable adherence to the plan. Finally, regular tracking of food intake and progress towards goals can be helpful, making adjustments as needed. As a an amateur athlete ( two amateur body building competitions and 15 marathons) my diet had to adjust to fuel running without gaining weight and to lose tremendous amounts of body fat for the stage, I have a simple formula that will work. I am a NASM certified sports nutritionist (National academy of sports medicine).

This session includes 1 in person 45 minute consultation to obtain measurements, initial weigh in, weights and goals. It also includes one 15 minute phone check in/or one 15 minute in person check in and 4 virtual check in's Via The Marco Polo app. (The client may also email their progress report) pictures are mandatory and must be sent at every check in.one adjustment to the meal plan will be made if necessary.
